Prior to Bakkali Law Firm, Mr Rubio Chavari was the Finance Minister in the First Spanish Republican Gov- ernment ousted by General Franco. As a Lawyer he was the President of the Bar of Tangier on three separate occasions and a very well respected figure. Before his retirement, he trained the current Managing Partner Mr Abdellah Bakkali. The firm changed its name to its current name in 1990 to rebrand and take on new challenges in an ever demanding and developing legal services market. Throughout its history, the firm has always been known for its commercial and corporate work. In fact, we are proud to say that we have represented some organisations for more than half a century.
