Whether our clients are first time buyers or experienced property developers, our dedicated teams provide a professional, efficient and friendly service, keeping clients informed every step of the way. The vast majority of our clients are repeat clients, or recommended by existing clients, and we regularly achieve 5 star ratings from them which is a benchmark standard for which we work hard to maintain. Our company is active in the local business sector working with the local BID (business improvement district) teams to get involved in new development opportunities but also to improve the environment around us. With this in mind, our lawyers and support staff receive very similar training and we receive regular updates by subscribing to legal websites and the latest literature available to us. We are very ambitious in our future plans and we are looking to double the business, diversify into commercial conveyancing and become the East Midlands leading conveyancing firm in the next five years. Our plans have already started and we are currently recruiting more staff to achieve this aim. Cyber-crime is our biggest issue at this time which we are constantly alert for. This issue is something that is affecting the industry on a whole and will continue to build through 2016 and beyond.
