Souad draws on a wealth of experience, and specialising in communications, has worked with a range of PR, media, and publishing firms over the years. This experience has allowed her to utilise a strong experience in change management to partner with entrepreneurs to help them in their strategies. She is known throughout the industry for always delivering, despite any challenges she may face, and as such Souad looks set to achieve even greater success with this latest venture. Prior to establishing Du côté de chez Souad Limited, Souad was employed by Karla Otto, a fashion PR group. She was brought in to improve all operations focusing on finance at first, but then addressing all companies risks as it was preparing for a sale. To achieve her objectives, Souad partnered with the owner Karla Otto and became involved in all the strategical decisions and day to day running of business and other personal interest of the owner. As a result of Souad’s experience and forthright approach, the firm achieved a great sale and Souad was able to move on to her latest adventure in her new role managing Du côté de chez Souad Limited. Alongside this, she has also gained international experience, which is in part owing to her time spent working with WPP, during which time she travelled extensively, and worked across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia. Multilingual and multi-talented, Souad has the skills and experience to guide any firm and support them through a range of transformations, as well as simply supporting them to achieve their goals. With her new firm still in its infancy, over the coming months Souad will be enjoying overcoming the various challenges she faces and collaborating with a range of talented, visionary individuals to drive growth for both her company and theirs.
