Prior to his role with Power International Holding, Juzer worked for a number of companies interna- tionally, including Qatar Project Management, and Bovis Lendlease where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer (Middle East and North Africa). Alongside his vast diverse industry experience, Juzer also holds a range of professional qualifi- cations, including a Bachelor of Accounting from Brighton University. He is a member of the Associ- ation of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), the Australian Society of Accountants (ASA) and the Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). As such, Juzer is able to con- tinually enhance his skill set and experience and remain at the forefront of emerging developments from across the financial and accounting markets. Juzer has strong track record of achievements ev- idenced by profit turnaround driving and achieving operational efficiencies drawn from skills chal- lenging the status-quo, recognizing and executing innovative solutions, strategic business directions and hands-on financial management skills Over the years, Juzer has proved himself to be an excellent leader and trusted business partner with a proven commercial and business acumen, formulating and driving business strategy. Since he first began working with Power International Holding, Juzer has helped the firm to re-structure its divisions, profit and cost centres into a range of separate business entities driving business and profitability growth and for the group to remain competitive in a price driven market. Additionally, Juzer played a pivotal role in the post global financial crisis recovery process at Bovis LendLease by executing debt recovery plans and mitigated financial losses. At Qatar Project Management he played a pivotal role in reducing international tax liability. Another key project Juzer was involved with was the introduction of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Through this project, Juzer led and transformed the finance function and implemented the change management essential to deliver timely and useful information for executive management to make informed decisions. Recent- ly Juzer led the IPO for the Livestock and Dairy business of Power International Holding.
