Looper Goodwine handles contracting for shipping, product handling, services agreements and production contracts.” Prior to founding Looper Goodwine, Donald Looper was a founder of Texas firm, Looper Reed, which grew to 128 lawyers. He left Looper Reed in 2014 to avoid merging with a larger law firm. PJ Goodwine and Don Looper left their respective law firms to form a boutique transactional and oil industry law firm and provide clients with the same level of attention and billing rates found at a smaller firm, combined with large firm quality service. Today, Donald leads the international group and hires lawyers with experience in several languages. Don Looper has travelled to 40 different countries working on projects for and with clients, including refinery and petroleum terminal transactions.
