Although the slowdown in the London property market has affected numerous companies throughout the last two years, it is essential for firms like Lease planners adapt to these changes, as Sam explains. “To date, we have found that, whilst the volume of property sales has dipped, many individuals have instead looked to develop and extend their own properties, which has opened up an additional market for us. Also, new build developments are fairly strong, and so for companies like ours it is important that we reach out to the house building sectors.” Fundamentally, the main aim for Lease planners going forward is to continue developing and growing the company in the years to come.
