Paul Wordley is one of the founding partners of L&G Wordley Partnership, having been a partner in a major international law firm where he was a member of the Management and Strategy Boards respectively. He has more than 25 years’ experience and his particular areas of specialism are in the oil, gas, mining, marine, construction and TMT sectors. “We take on clients primarily through word of mouth and thereafter by building strong trusted partner relationships which in many cases become friendships. In addition to this, we are also increasingly asked by our dispute resolution clients to get involved in corporate work.” In fact Paul has been involved in a number of high-profile international insurance and reinsurance claims in recent years and has also C Sep201070 advised on a number of recent major oil, gas and mining claims. He also has significant mediation experience having represented clients in several successful multi-million-dollar mediations.
