Web Address: www.reinickeostria.com enjamin Reinicke Ostria explains how the firm, which bears his name, offers high levels of quality and efficiency in each and every one of the legal issues it addresses, with the measures of its success being seen in its concrete results and client satisfaction. “Here at Reinicke Ostria, our priority is to build long-term relationships with clients, based on reciprocity, trust and the highest standards of professional ethics,” he begins. “Through the adoption of new models for the provision of legal services, we strive to redefine the role that a Firm plays in an emerging international market, in order to produce truly exceptional results for our clients. The focus of our practice is to develop, as soon as possible, a solid strategic and understanding of the circumstances of each client of our clients. Throughout the years, we have built a reputation for being aggressive and creative on behalf of our diverse clients across the board.” Being such a success doesn’t come easily, and Benjamin tells us how the he and his team have a set process to ensure that Reinicke Ostria distinguishes itself from competitors, and that its differentiation is based on several factors. “First off, wewill determinewithour client their preferred communication protocol and set out under what circumstances our client would prefer a face-to-face meeting, versus a telephone conversation and other mode of communication. We also invite our client’s in-house counsel to convene one special session semi-annually at our expense (airfare) for the purpose of briefing us on matters related to better understanding the client’s current business goals and developments in the industry. In relation to transparency and collaboration in pricing, we offer flat fees, hybrid billing or alternative price structures, above all, we avoid surprising them when the bill arrives. Moreover, we never settle when it comes to hiring, we make sure we hire the best of the best. Finally, we offer an extremely personalized service, in which the client has full access to the partner in charge of their case, and even though we delegate to our associates, we make sure the client has the confidence of knowing a partner is constantly supervising their matter.” The firm’s culture is based on team work, diversity, and inclusion, with each member encouraged to have their voices heard, and teams working on certain case motivated to innovate and make cases their own. It is ultimately this which ensures the firm’s continued success. “Leaders at all levels strive to be inclusive and hide nothing from their teams,” enthuses Benjamin. “We focus on the best fit for both talent and clients. We encourage our lawyers to flourish through unique perks like 50% tuition assistance for master degrees and executive education programs, monthly dinners, and “LawTalks” from experts, both from the firm and external to it. Finally, our culture fosters a feeling that everyone is approachable and on the same side. This allows fresh new ideas to percolate through the organization, invigorating old values to be more adaptive. B Sep201019 “We believe is vital for our client to have an engaging team, our client’s law team will be handpicked based on the type of consulting service is required. The best compliment that our clients can give is that we were there when they needed us; without fail. Lastly, a key aspect of our client service is that we are diligent and collaborative, we bring our enthusiastic spirit of collaboration to our client relationships. We are here to get the job done in a way that is mutually enjoyable and rewarding.” Regarding the future, the firm’s goal is already underway in the form of doubling the size of its Santa Cruz office. New office grounds have already been acquired in a brand new building, which is currently under development, with a finished goal of December 2020. By 2021, Reinicke Ostria also hopes to be able to open a branch office in Chile or Panama. However on home turf, Benjamin believes that the start- up market is growing exponentially. “Luckily, we have a very specialize intellectual property and IT law department ready to take advantage of this industry,” he concludes.
