Prior to joining the firm, Mr Berry Jr. attended the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia between 1993 and 1997, and Creighton University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2003. As part of his work through Berry Law Firm, Mr Berry Jr. has constantly been at the forefront of what it means to be a criminal defense attorney. He has been a past president of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and is a fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.
