She is also Founder of the Work From Home Playbook, a series of online courses guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through the steps of starting a virtual business. In 2019, Kiley started the Brainchild Fund, a charitable initiative to support local women in business and entrepreneurship, and most recently, founded RAYNE IX, an executive coaching and consulting practice for small business owners. It’s clear Kiley is dedicated to elevating and retaining the talent of Milwaukee’s entrepreneurial community and empowering women across the country to live the lives they dream for themselves. As a serial entrepreneur, Kiley has more than a decade of industry experience. She has worked on business, branding, and digital marketing strategies for over 100 B2B and B2C brands, ranging from small, local businesses to global companies. While she has an extensive background in digital marketing, her primary areas of expertise include strategic business consultation, digital content strategy, and consumer research and analysis. “It’s my goal to help as many women as possible build the futures they dream for themselves and their families and I believe finding greater personal fulfillment and financial independence play a large role in that equation. I’m not going to say it’s easy, but I really do think anyone can do it.” Kiley has presented dozens of times on the topics of small business and digital marketing strategy, content marketing, and online analytics at Content Marketing World, Content Marketing Conference, Women Investing in Women FUND Conference, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week, Startup Milwaukee Week, Columbia College, Marquette University, The Second City, and Google among many others. She is a Faculty Member at Exit Planning Institute (EPI), an Adjunct Professor at Marquette University, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a mentor at BizStarts and Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC). Over the past three years, Brainchild Studios has received eight international awards including Business Services Company of the Year (for a Company with 10 or less employees) in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business three years in a row and Most Influential Digital Marketing Business Woman (North America) in the Corporate Vision Influential Businesswoman Awards 2021, for her work with BCS. In 2019, Brainchild Studios was also acknowledged as one of Wisconsin Inno’s 50 on Fire and the year prior, won the Wisconsin Marketplace Governor’s Rising Star Award for a Women-Owned Business.
