Pam outlines how the firm works to ensure that this is provided at all times. “Every client who visits us for the first time is given a short tour of the premises and information about what services we offer. Each client fills in a consent form which takes account of medical conditions; we may have to advise clients that the treatments we offer are not suitable for a person with their medical problem(s). The client and practitioner discuss the best way to achieve the desired and realistic outcomes; a treatment plan is then drawn up based on that discussion. “Our strategy is quite simple: we have no need to expand; our aim is to continue to provide top class treatments for our clients. To this end each is treated as an individual and encouraged to feel relaxed and ‘at home’ when they visit us.” Pam was a Registered Nurse, Macmillan Nurse and University Lecturer in Nursing for over 40 years.
