After studying for a degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Business Management in Marketing at the University of Plymouth, Frances moved back to Essex and had several positions before the time constraints of a long commute took their toll on her and her young family. After starting to help friends out with their social media strategies in her spare time, Frances realised that this was what she wanted to do full-time! “I never dreamed I’d one day be running my own social media agency,” she enthuses. “But when I look back, it was inevitable that I’d end up here!” Now, five years on, business is flourishing as more and more people become aware of the importance of an online presence for their brand – something which the Covid-19 pandemic only highlighted, as everyone took to the internet to conduct their daily working operations.
