We caught up with Executive VP of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Cami Zimmer, who provided us with a glimpse into the inner workings of the leaders in real-time location sharing solutions globally. Alongside this personalized solution, the team also focuses on helping their customers to succeed within a number of industries, including ServTech, Retail, Grocery, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Roadside Assistance. When discussing the clients Glympse serves, Cami begins by informing us of how the team approaches new customers, naming a few of the recognizable partners the firm works closely alongside. “Over the last six years, we have worked globally with large Enterprise customers like Albertson, Charter Spectrum, AAA, TruGreen, Rollins, Rogers Communication, Papa John’s. The last two years we have seen an increase of interested from the SMB market, too. We tend to meet many of our new potential customers at industry and partner events, as they explore more and more the need for seamless customer-facing solutions for the Middle and Last Mile. In addition to this, we have great Product Channel Partners too, like Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, Descartes, and HERE Technologies, just to name a few. We find these strategic partners to be key to working with upcoming customers.” Working behind the scenes to ensure that deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded, is a very passionate, experienced and dynamic team at Glympse. Additionally, 2019 continues to be focused on Curbside, known in Europe as Click & Collect.
