The Radostová & Co.: Legal Expertise You Can Trust “As a woman and a Czech citizen, she has experienced some difficulties with adapting to the local environment and with uniting the re-established operating team in the warehouse in question.” D Jan19441 Company: Radostová & Co. Name: Dr. Katerina Radostová Address: Brehová 208/8: Prague: 110 00 Czech Republic, Phone: 00 420 605 477 356 Website: http://www.radostova.eu/ stock has been stored in Krailling, Bavaria, and inaccessible to the Czech Republic. Not only has JUDr. Katerina Radostová reached a tripartite agreement, but her and her team have managed to re- open the former strategic military warehouse with underground tanks in Krailling, Germany, removed the disputed strategic reserve in question from stock, and ensured its successful dispatching to the Czech Republic. Seeking to use this technique to support more clients and the legal market as a whole she is now working on the development of this unique strategic territory and attempts to re-open the NATO pipeline leading to Krailling, which has been out of operation for several years and which could, once again, serve significantly for military and commercial purposes within the aerial kerosene supply. Looking to the future, JUDr. Katerina Radostová faces many new challenges within her clients’ projects and cases. However, one of those is outstanding, that is the 240-ha site of the former strategic military warehouse in Krailling, Germany. As a woman and a Czech citizen, she has experienced some difficulties with adapting to the local environment and with uniting the re-established operating team in the warehouse in question. She faces every-day challenges and, besides her legal practice, she resolves all responsibilities associated with the active management of the warehouse in question, having the underground tank capacity of 125 million litres; the site also consists of 3 railway stations, railway of 18 km, liquid gas warehouse, and above-ground territory where the tapping areas and military technology remainders are accompanied by flocks of mouflons, fallow deer, and others. It is, therefore, necessary to solve the issues concerning a specific technology as well as forestry, building and facility management, all specialised proceedings with the affected governmental institutions in Bavaria, since the previously announced Tanklager Krailling is a unique site with 24/7 security system, it is thus under careful monitoring of superior governmental bodies. Katerina’s goal is to bring this unique territory back to life and fix its troubled past. For her and her team, this year brings the entry to the oil market and the maximum diverse usage of this unique site. She would also like to work on the future development of this vast territory in cooperation with neighbouring municipalities, and the federal government and the government of Bavaria. Ultimately, despite the many challenges she faces, over the coming years JUDr. Katerina Radostová and her team at Radostová & Co will continue to focus on supporting their clients and providing them with the award-winning legal services they have to rely on.
