She explained how coming into the industry was a mind-blowing experience for her, with its extreme pace, fun business partners, and exciting global brands to contend with. She has enjoyed connecting all the dots, working alongside U incredible brands, and having something new to learn every day. Lucy’s previous roles taught her the skills necessary to become a successful business development manager, and she is passionate, determined, and extremely diligent. Any challenges experienced along the way have only made her stronger and more resolved to work harder and achieve her goals. Her good time management, organisation, negotiation, and people skills are what’s helped her develop professionalism, combined with an understanding of the route to market. Lucy’s self-growth has led to respect within her career, and she is valued and taken seriously by people as a result. “Working for Regency Design has in fact taken me to places I never knew existed! For her, selfdevelopment, learning, and business accreditations are important career achievements, but she also believes it’s her understanding of business trends that has one of the biggest impacts on the business, her, and her team. She values working to help businesses achieve their goals, knowing that ultimately this also helps her to achieve her own along the way. Lucy’s advice for others would be to follow your dreams, and always be persistent in your approach. Gaining as much experience and knowledge as possible will ultimately allow you to become the best version of yourself, and create the best possible career path.
