All of our programmes are approved by the International Coach Federation and as such have been through a rigorous peer review process and have to be independently audited and reviewed at regular intervals. Culture change We work with organisations that want to shift towards a performance culture. A coaching culture is one in which individuals are engaged, motivated and effective and is therefore our starting point for creating the bedrock of a performance culture. We work to help organisations to design the company culture that is most likely to positively impact their business goals and then support them in planning and implementing the changes, providing the required coaching and skills development and tracking progress. Firm performance Corporate Potential is growing year on year and experienced its busiest year last year. We are developing across the world with exciting new partnerships and training sites opening up. This year the Evolutionary Coach Training Programme will open up in a third Chinese city (Shanghai, Beijing and now Dalian) and we are also launching it in partnership with Iran’s leading industrial management institute in Tehran. It will be Iran’s first ICF accredited coach training programme. We have enquiries also for Paris, Casablanca and other cities worldwide. Review of 2016 2016 was a fantastic year for Corporate Potential. We doubled our work in the Far East and launched our first projects in the Middle East, whilst extending the work we do in the UK and Europe. Our coaches have spoken at conferences from Beijing to Washington and our Director of Coaching, Lisa Wynn has launched her first book – “Towards Mastery in the Core Coaching Competencies”, the first publication of which, will be in Chinese in February with French, Persian and English versions planned for 2017.
