We recently saw the people of Great Britain voting to secede from the European Union, which was known as the ‘Brexit.’ This resulted in the devaluation of the euro and the strengthening of the U.S. dollar. Many European investors held onto their money, but we saw more motivated U.S. investors putting their money into Saint Barth real estate because of its affordability. What are the main objectives for your business in the future? We are looking to expand our client base. There are a number of real estate transactions that we are currently negotiating on behalf of our clients. What business or business person do you most admire and why? Simon Wiesenthal, who dedicated his life to bring the Nazis to justice and who never forgot those who did not survive the extermination camps. Albert Einstein, not as a scientist but as a philosopher: his reflections and positions are real guidelines for those who want to understand how the world is and want to behave in a positive manner.
