After the crisis, the Greek legal community has become more tolerant and open to debt restructuring, recognising business failure as part of the business cycle. In the last years, we have witnessed even public authority creditors consenting and contracting to restructuring agreements (e.g. Public Social Insurance Bodies), which was inconceivable for many years.
