Law Office Petek is a growing law firm, situated in the capital city of the Republic of Slovenia. Their overall goal is to be able to provide legal advice to everyone on any legal question. The firm’s founding partner, dr. Marko Petek, has a PhD in and is specialised in Internet and Media law. The subject is very underdeveloped in their country and most of the court’s decisions are still regarded as very defining in regards to the meaning of many legal concepts of Internet and Media law. Each new ruling helps to evolve and define legal concepts that are particular for the Media law. However, the team at Law Office Petek are not specialised just in Internet and Media law. Andrej Milkič, senior partner, is determined to bring justice in the criminal proceeding. As a lawyer, he has a duty to ensure all defendants have observed the same rights and there are no faults in any criminal proceeding that their law firm has been involved in as the defendant’s lawyer.
