When considering the franchising industry, for the most part, it is not going to get affected directly by any major developments. However, saying that, since franchising is involved in all other sectors, any future developments that may affect those sectors will have an indirect influence on the franchise industry and the way our services are provided. Technological change is evident around the world, impacting all industries, and we expect that we would need to change the way we structure elements of our franchise program accordingly. Some of the major technological developments that have started to take major impacts on various industries are block chain and crypto currencies, cloud technology and artificial intelligence. These developments have transformed the way companies deal with their operations and supply chains. The introduction of new elements, or the removal or certain elements to directly deal with management of personnel within the supply chain is completely changing the way in which companies operate. This would affect the traditional forms of operations management that we know today but would also mean we that would have to redesign and teach a new system of operations and SOP management in our Franchise Operations Manuals. Overall, as we expect these developments in the future, we would need to prepare to change the way we structure our franchise programs. We would need to consider the changes in the goals of the owners, the legalities, operations, revenue streams and also recalibrate the cost structures involved. In addition to developments affecting franchising and the way we do it indirectly, there are also many trends to keep in mind when it comes to franchising itself.
