Following their success in the Global Excellence Awards 2019, we profiled the firm and spoke to Rachel McGuinness who provided us with a glimpse into the inner workings of the award-winning company. Company: Fleetline Coachworks Ltd Telephone: 0208 680 8888 Website: www.fleetline.co.uk One Stop Shop for Motorists leetline Coachworks Ltd repair all makes of cars and vans and have successfully gained multiple manufacturer approvals since their inception. The team at Fleetline Coachworks Ltd hold manufacturer approvals which means that they have access to specific brand equipment, as well as carry out specialist repairs and resets including four-wheel alignments and ADAS resets - which are becoming increasingly more present on the modern-day vehicle. Rachel begins by going into further detail about the clients the firm serves, and how the team ensures that the outcome surpasses their expectations. “Here at Fleetline Coachworks Ltd, we deal with a mixture of clients. Some come direct to us and may be paying for the repairs themselves, some have been hit by a third party and need help with what to do. Some clients are directed to us by partner work providers. Every client, their needs and their situation is different and so there is no one way to approach them. We listen and try and to advise the best way forward with the client and always strive to provide everyone the best service possible.” After having invested heavily in the latest equipment and training in their staff has led the firm into a very strong position with the ever- evolving technology being fitted to vehicles, as Rachel explains. “Holding manufacturer approvals means we are able to attend their training academies and learn first-hand about the new items they are fitting, how they work and how to remove/replace/ repair these items F “Here at Fleetline Coachworks Ltd, we deal with a mixture of clients. We have gained 33 5-star Google reviews and counting from our clients!” Enabling the firm to deliver such an exceptional service, is the passionate, talented team which forms the back bone of Fleetline Coachworks Ltd. When discussing the internal culture, Rachel is keen to highlight the significant role the team play in the overall success of the firm. “The interaction with clients is the most crucial part of the process for a client. Usually more so than the repair itself. Many of clients do not have a clear understanding of the process and need the people they speak to, to provide them with complete guidance and show compassion for the situation that they are in. Additionally, they generally need to follow the advice we give as they have never experienced an incident before and so it can be very confusing with numerous companies involved as to what to do.” Looking ahead to what the future holds, Rachel signs off by revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the firm, especially following their recent success in Acquisition Intl.’s Global Excellence Awards 2019 where they were awarded the accolade 2019’s Most Outstanding for Automotive Repair Services – UK. “In February 2017, we moved to our present location, however are now underway of aiming to complete the refurbishment works to the new building by the end of March 2019. “Moving forward, we are looking to expand our approvals and are working on new partnerships as we speak, though I cannot give any details! In addition to this, we may look at expanding in the future, however our main focus at present is to complete our state of the art bodyshop here in Croydon and maintain a fantastic customer experience!”
