Our transactional work is usually cross border in nature, mostly private equity and highly complex. We also have a substantial property department covering development and construction, freehold and leasehold advice as well as property disputes. This accounts for about 35% of our turnover. We have a growing and very successful litigation department resulting from recent lateral hires. “Commercially, we are very astute and cut to the core legal issues quickly and effectively.
