We profiled the firm before inviting Founder Nicola Fabiano as we look to gain an insight into the success of the company. stablished in 1994, Studio Legale Fabiano draws on the vast experience and expertise of Founder Nicola, who has been a lawyer since 1993, and acts like a Civil Law Specialist and Counsel of the Italian High Courts and is currently responsible for the firm’s IT-Data Protection-Privacy and Cybersecurity sector. A frequent speaker at international conferences, Nicola is regularly asked to present his work on the relationship between the innovations and the Laws, especially regarding the compliance with Data Protection law. Embedded in the company ethos, the company’s mission is to provide legal services in the Italian Civil Law filed, with a firm focus in the Data Protection, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital legal issues. For two years, the firm has been deepening on GDPR, and the team pays attention to the innovative phenomena, including the Internet of Things and Blockchain. Nicola explains his team’s approach to undertaking a new client and project, and explains how he ensures right from the start that the outcome meets the needs of everyone involved. “First of all, we pay attention to the clients’ requirements.
