Heinz-Gerd explores ITUP’s approach to supporting these clients and ensuring that they receive the service they need. “Here at ITUP, we offer a cooperative and agile approach, which allows us to achieve high client involvement with the target to enable client for the project and self-responsible system administration after roll-out. Additionally, this approach allows us to obtain a short time to market period, and reduce grade of abstraction with small poc (mini proof of concepts). “For this we are using a delivery model based on OUM (Oracle unified method) adapted for us, based on our experience from several projects. To make things more transparent and having fast working, user adapted prototypes, we have recently launched ITUP solution packages with predefined content and reuse of best practice solutions.
