Intended to initially to cater for the growing needs of the South Asian consumer in Bradford, Regal Foods Group PLC now distributes not only nationally but also exporting throughout Europe. Going into further detail, Younis begins by informing us of the how Regal Foods Group PLC has grown rapidly over the last decade. “Starting with around 20 employees in 2009, we now boast a brand new 44,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and employ over a staggering 120 individuals at this site. Impressively, over 100 of the jobs are people from the local community and we are committed to local regeneration. Our plan currently is to increase this to 200 employees in the next year. “The success of Regal Foods Group PLC is directly attributable to the strong family togetherness and ensuring family values remain at the heart of our business.” Working behind the scenes to ensure that deadlines are met, and goals are achieved is the dedicated, passionate team of talented individuals who form the backbone of Regal Foods Group PLC.
