In addition, he served as interim Chief Operations Officer during Suzuki Motor of America’s re-organisation out of bankruptcy. Jon received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in 1984, where he was selected for Mortar Board. He obtained his juris doctor in 1987 from the University of Southern California Law School where he was a Hale Moot Court Competition Finalist. Marilyn Martin-Culver has 35 years of business litigation experience in Southern California. Her career includes 15 years with the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster, LLP and more than eight years with the national law firm, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Marilyn is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association, and previously served as the Chair of its Business Litigation Section. She has also served on the Boards of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association of Orange County, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association. Marilyn received her Bachelor of Arts in English with honours from U.C.L.A. in 1980, and she graduated from U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1983. Rounding out the firm’s depth of experience, Walter Crandall has practiced law in Southern California for 11 years as a litigator. He has tried four cases to jury verdict, including as first and second chair, resulting in favourable judgments for his clients. In addition, Walter has conducted numerous evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and mediations. His practice area focuses on contract and employment disputes, but he also advises employers on proactive measures to identify legal risk and mitigate potential liability. Walter received his B.A. in Economics, with honours, from the University of California, Berkeley and he received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Ultimately, delivering excellent customer service is something which is very important to the firm, alongside producing outstanding results.
