Legal representation is one of these areas. For this reason, the firm have included some of the case results that it has obtained on behalf of its personal injury clients. Results obtained in specific cases depend on various factors that are unique to each case, but the following information can help you better understand its strong legal abilities. Importantly, the firm has achieved some wonderful results in the past, and they are a key indicator of how hard the team work, and how far they go in order to achieve the best results. The results the legal team have obtained for its clients are the result of the team’s devotion to clients, as well as its extensive experience in this field of law. As well as Jason, there are many other experienced and well-renowned lawyers working at the law firm. With all members boasting qualifications which are unrivalled across the region, it is no wonder that clients are excited to work with the exciting and forward-thinking Webster Law Firm. One member of the excellent team is Heidi Olsen Vicknair,grewup inasmall townnamedPonchatoula in Louisiana and Heidi attended Tulane University in New Orleans, and subsequently graduated with honours and received a double Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology. From there, she then went on to attend Tulane University School of Law and graduated in 2004 with a focus on Louisiana Civil Law. Following law school Heidi moved to Houston, she took the Texas Bar exam and began practicing law with an employment law firm. Eventually, Heidi turned her focus to Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice and soon discovered assisting clients in getting compensation for their injuries was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. In February 2012, Heidi joined the Webster Law Firm to assist with large pharmaceutical dockets as well as personal injury cases. With his sights set on making a difference as an attorney, Omar joined The Webster Law Firm in early 2014. Omar is young and eager to advocate on behalf of those who have been wronged and will stop at no end to try to help his clients become whole. Since his start at The Webster Law Firm, Omar has tried over a dozen lawsuits. He has tried several lawsuits to a jury in Houston, but also tried a breach of contract case to a judge in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as a pedestrian auto wreck case to an arbitrator in Tucson, Arizona. In addition to trying these lawsuits, Omar has settled over millions of dollars of cases with The Webster Law Firm. While working at the Webster Law Firm, Omar attended the prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. One of the most notable additions to firm’s litigation team in 2016 is that of welcoming attorney, Russell Serafin, Of Counsel to the Webster Law Firm. Russell is an experienced Trial Attorney who is an integral part in getting injured individuals and families the justice that the law allows, as well as, providing guidance to the younger attorneys at the Webster Law Firm. Russell has worked side by side with the Webster Law Firm in the past and as recently as January of 2015. He was part of the successful trial team that received a favourable $7 million-dollar verdict in Brazoria County, Texas. In addition, Russell assisted in the litigation involving the widow of the plane crash which was settled on the eve of trial in 2016. Prior to becoming Counsel at the Webster Law Firm, Russell was a former partner at Vinson & Elkins and has been a solo practitioner. Robert J. Barringer graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering. Robert began his legal career with Thomas N. Thurlow & Associates, wherein he concentrated on pharmaceutical litigation involving Fen-Phen. Since starting out his in career, Robert has represented numerous clients in their handling of pharmaceutical claims, including Avandia, Actos, Gadolinium, Baycol, PPA, Vioxx, Seroquel, Risperdal just to name a few. He has worked on various dockets with Mr. Webster since 2005. Bringing a lot to the team, Robert’s engineering background provides a unique perspective not commonly found in other Trial Attorneys when dealing with cases involving pharmaceutical litigation, defect drug cases, automobile and 18-wheeler truck collisions, medical mal-practice claims, product defect and liability cases, and construction accident and injury cases. Whilst working at the Webster Law Firm, the team continues to represent people who have been injured by the negligence of others. He has been involved in a number of high profile cases including the tragic train derailment in Lac Megantic, Quebec. Overall, it is the law firm’s overwhelming experience which has led to the team at the Webster Law Firm being enthusiastic and positive about the future of the firm. Whilst looking to gain the desired outcome for both the client and the firm, there is a long-term vision that the Webster Law Firm will establish itself as a leader within Texas and further afield.
