Editor’s Comment In issue 6 of 2018, we take a closer look at how Genpact, a professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation, has recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Commonwealth Informatics, Inc. (CI), a market-leading provider of cloud-based drug safety analytics products and services for medical research and healthcare delivery headquartered near Boston, Mass. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction is not expected to be material to current year financial performance. In other news, on the 11th June, Rizing LLC announced the acquisition of Aasonn LLC, an SAP® SuccessFactors® Professional Services Firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Aasonn joins /N SPRO, a leading SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Retail services firm under the Rizing HCM business portfolio.
