We talk to Michael A Dias, of Dias Law Firm, about what it takes to really make a difference to people’s lives. ull service law firm, Dias Law Firm Inc, is dedicated to meeting the needs of its clients in the Central Valley. Beginning with just one man, the firm was founded by Michael A. Dias in 1996 and was born from his determination to serve the needs of the community he grew up in. Now, with a team of highly-skilled professionals, many of whom also grew up in Kings County and the surrounding areas, Michael and his employees are uniquely familiar with the cultural and the business practises of the region. The firm prides itself on all working together to bring about change in people’s lives. “We live in this community and we are a part of this community,” begins Michael passionately. “We place our value as attorneys in helping people and doing what is right, because what is right reflects the principals and maintains the integrity and beauty of this community.” Dias Law takes great pride in advocating for its clients, whether they are an individual, a small business or even a corporation, Michael and his team have the integrity, honesty and dedication to provide everyone with unsurpassed legal representation. “We take personal pride in advocating for people from all walks of life,” Michael continues. “We have the determination, persistence and dedication to successfully represent all our clients.” The son of dairy farmers in California’s Central Valley, Michael’s roots run deep in the valley and in agriculture; his childhood was spent helping his parents run the family dairy, before he left to attend California State University at Fresno to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and then on to San Joaquin College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and was a member of Alpha Gamma Epsilon Law Fraternity. Throughout college and law school, Michael managed a sizable dairy and farming business, and today in addition to practicing law he successfully runs his own farming and agricultural spraying businesses so he also great resources to work in his law career from businesses as the national pardon centre, so he can manage to do all the things effectively. This first-hand experience as a farmer, dairyman and businessman has given Michael a valuable insight into the legal needs of the Valley’s agricultural and business community.
