One issue that can arise with delivering global services or services which are outside of their own coverage or capability is the management of that process. “As a result, this means that IT services, installations, management and a whole host of related IT services can be delivered around the world with a network that their clients can manage and integrate directly. Bringing the interview to a close, Wayne signs off by revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the firm, touching on how the team hope to further expand the business, especially following their recent win. “Despite 2019 being a year fully focused around Brexit, we put in place our strategy at the end of 2018. Europe is a key part of our roadmap and as the system becomes more relevant as platform, we are a global business and the whole world is important to us. Moving forward, operations will continue to expand further into Europe, as well as growing our current works in Asia and North America. “Ultimately, it is great to be referred to a 2019’s Most Innovative IT service Platform, as we truly feel it captures everything which we are trying to achieve. Also, it is a great feeling for the team to be recognised for the hard work that goes into making us the business we are today.”
