Such committees are: 1) Communication and Customer Value one that has the objective to generate strategies for the best customer service, as well as the firm’s diffusion in specialised publications and social and traditional media; 2) Knowledge Update and Training Committee that has the purpose of searching and analysing topics within the legal practice and informing about the new findings to the rest of the team and the clients, considering that this committee also promotes the update of the firm’s members in terms of the different legal areas, with the participation in various conferences and workshops; 3) Firm´s Improvement Committee, focused in checking that everything within the firm (human and material resources) is working properly and providing solutions to contribute in having always the best human resources and working tools; and 4) Considering the firm´s commitment to our society, VILA counts with a Pro Bono and Community Assistance Program, which on the one hand, the firm provides free legal advice given to various entrepreneur programs of universities, chambers of commerce, as well as ONGs. On the other hand, they develop altruistic activities carried out for the benefit of various organisations and people in need.
