Over the last 10 years, Marek has swiftly become the go-to lawyer for cases involving M&A and Corporate affairs. In these arenas, Marek has acted as a representative and expert voice in the investments of academic start-ups, company transformations, cross-border purchases, negotiations of significant software contracts and large-scale construction projects – to highlight but a few. Marek’s excellent record extends into academia; earning a Master of Law degree, with distinction, from the Nicolaus Copernicus University, a Master’s degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University and the Legum Magister in International Business and Commercial Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. To touch upon his work outside of a courtroom; Marek has offered his expertise to a seminal book on privacy rights, “The Right of Public Persons to Privacy” among other works focused on commercial law. Further, between 2013 and 2015, Marek was a lecturer of International Commercial Law at the Kraków Chamber of Legal Advisors.
