Marc currently sits on the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee of the MTBE Multi-District Litigation which has, so far, attained $50 million in settlement from large gas companies. Marc earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago- Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1975. Prior to this, in 1972, he graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. It was in 2015 that Marc founded Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP, with the aim to become the leading voice in litigation.
