Not least of which was locating debtors that had eluded other collection agencies for years, “The biggest challenge in Turkey was tracing. Finding debtors has always been a bottleneck for the majority of collection agencies and law offices in Turkey. Over the years, we have invested a generous amount of resources as well as time in our internal tracing team that we have formed this challenge into an opportunity. We have received cases that have been handled by other agencies and were closed due to the fact they were not able to locate the debtor. Our internal tracing team has a very high success rate in finding even the most difficult debtors in rural areas.” Düet elaborated on the future of debt collection services, and how global digitisation was going to leave a permanent mark on how the industry operated in the years ahead, “With the presence of the Internet, E-commerce and international trade, we’ve seen that the world is turning slowly but surely into one global market.
