I have now won three awards which reflects my dedication to my industry and the results that I have achieved for my clients, which is very important to both them and to me. “The culture that I embrace for my business is very much led by values. The values that are important to me are being mindful, non-judgmental, professional, truthful, integrity and having joy. The latter value, joy, is very important to me.” Finally, Jacqueline reveals what the future holds for her firm and the businesses she works with. “I believe that all businesses today must embrace change, as we are in an environment of constant change. When coaching businesses and individuals through the change process, they are able to gain greater insights and ways forward. As such, they can embrace change and improve confidence, an area which is emerging in the corporate landscape and that I have embraced.”
