Having been educated at the National School of Magistrates, gaining a degree in private law from the University of Caen, and a doctorate in law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Samuel has the ability to deliver high-quality results on any case. Samuel, who joined Racine in 2016, also has a wealth of experience before joining the firm. Between 1994 and 2003, he was the president of the district court of Épernay, before going on to become the Deputy head of the real estate law office at the Ministry of Justice in 2004 for three years. Following that, Samuel became the head of the Office of Farms, Rural Development and Environment at the Ministry of Agriculture in 2007, where he gained the knowledge and insight to become one of France’s leading agricultural legal advisors. From 2010 to 2013, he was appointed referendum advisor to the Court of Cassation before he passed the Paris Bar in 2014, and eventually Racine in 2016, where he has since experienced great success.
