The department started a new consultation scheme in early 2019. As part of this new, enhanced process, clients attend a consultation, either face to face or by telephone, and receive detailed and bespoke written advice within 24 hours. There is a fixed nominal fee, however this is deducted from the first bill should the client wish to instruct the firm to progress the matter forwards. Since introducing this innovative new approach, Michael Rose & Baylis has received an abundance of positive feedback from clients that have taking part in a consultation, with many returning back to us for further advice and assistance.
