During this time, we were involved in advising a Russian bank on the multi million purchase of the stake in Qiwi PLC, and we also provided legal assistance to high profile land and property developers in the Russian Federation in the structuring their JV in Cyprus.
Alongside this, we also assisted our long standing clients with the SPA transaction involving elements of complex chain of escrow arrangements. We also assisted an American client in a multi-jurisdictional M&A deal through the medium of Cyprus JV
to purchase a stake in a European automobile manufacturer.
Ultimately, Q2 was an exciting time for our business and we are very much looking forward to the rest of 2016 and beyond.
