AI January 2017

Welcome to the January 2017 edition of AI magazine, which features a fascinating variety of features including corporate governance, coaching, legal issues and M&A to name a few.

Heading up this edition is Kanzlei Kleiner GmbH, a firm founded 60 years ago, and has now grown in size to be widely respected for its specialist tax expertise, both nationally and internationally.

In M&A news, at first glance 2016 may appear to have been fairly disappointing in terms of the volume and value of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals signed off over the 12 months.
