The law firms Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners, White & Case LLP and Facchini Rossi & Soci have advised funds managed by CVC Capital Partners in relation to the acquisition of a controlling stake in Recordati from the Recordati family.
Recordati is a global pharmaceutical group founded in Italy in 1926 and since 1984 it has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange under the FTSE MIB index.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the receipt of antitrust clearances.
