<p>The Adam’s Apples Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the mental health literacy and overall well-being of today’s youth and adolescence. We provide mental health education, free of charge, to students from Grade’s 2-12. Our curriculums cover unique topics across different age categories, beginning with self awareness, social responsibility, mindfulness, and resiliency, and working our way up to anxiety, depression, social media use, and suicide.</p>
