The APER is representing managers in the health and social services network in Quebec for over 50 years. In the last year, we've added some free individual coaching sessions for all our members in order to support them throughout their new role as a manager. Apart from this, we give free online trainings on a regular bases. The APER is there to support all the managers through every situations they will be facing.
