<p>Irem is a dual-qualified lawyer practised in both the English common law system and the Turkish civil law system with a background in fin-tech, corporate law, M&A and contract law. During her 7-years-experience in diverse law firms and companies, she had cultivated a comprehensive grasp of international legal frameworks, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex cross-border transactions. Moving to the UK in 2021 for her Master’s degree at KCL, she is now working as the Head of Legal.</p>
