<p>We connect families with alternative ways that may help them figure out techniques to overcome obstacles whenever they feel ready to face the world again and begin to live with grief.</p>
<p>We provide immediate support to a family who have just lost a child, transitional support including peer craft sessions and access to funded Art Therapy and different ways to remember our loved ones.</p>
