Menstrual Health Project is a UK wide charity founded by Anna Cooper and Gabz Pearson that focuses on creating and delivering educational tools and resources to help provide practical support for people navigating all aspects of their menstrual health.
Menstrual Health Project work hard to encourage open and honest conversations in order to create a world where menstrual health, women’s health, gynaecological health and reproductive health are no longer stigmatised or considered a taboo. They want to normalise all these topics within society, leading to people feeling more empowered, informed, heard, and validated.
