<p>Sushma’snacks a catering company which aims to provide an alternative to other catering businesses by offering a unique twist on buffets by offering home cooked, healthy food with quality customer service and excellent presentation. I wanted people to talk about the experience of enjoying my food .My proudest achievement has to be turning my passion for authentic home cooked food into a business. I think it’s fair to say that there are too few women from BAME backgrounds having the confidence and support to live their passions will look at what I have achieved and think ‘that could be me!</p>
