<p>We aim to help older/disabled people to remain living safely and independently in their homes by providing practical help.</p>
<p>To fulfil our aims we provide 5 streams of work,</p>
<p>• Practical services, (gardening, decorating and handyperson service)</p>
<p>• Home Support for domestic needs</p>
<p>• Our volunteer transport scheme with wheelchair-accessible vehicle</p>
<p>• A befriending scheme</p>
<p>• We run various weekly social and activity groups, a two-course hot lunch and weekly day trips.</p>
